I'm Uliana — a fullstack developer based in Hamburg. I build complete web products: backend, frontend, database, auth, payments, and deploy. Not just one layer.

I specialise in fast, focused engagements for B2B founders and early-stage startups in the EU/DE market. My clients typically need to ship their MVP to first users, or launch a conversion-optimised landing page, in 4–8 weeks — without the overhead of hiring a team.

I work solo by choice. It means shorter feedback loops, no coordination tax, and a single accountable person who owns the full product. You talk to the engineer building it, not an account manager.

I take on select clients under fixed-price contracts — because hourly billing creates the wrong incentives.
