Discovery
Free · 20 minWe have a 20-minute video call. I ask questions about your product, target users, and current state. You get a clear sense of whether I'm the right fit and can ask anything. No selling.
Deliverable: A shared Notion doc with the agreed scope outline.
Proposal
3 business daysI write a fixed-price proposal: full scope, tech stack, milestones, and timeline. No ambiguous hourly rates. You know exactly what you're getting and for how much.
Deliverable: A signed proposal + 50% upfront invoice to start the sprint.
Sprint
4–8 weeksI build in focused sprints with weekly demos on a staging URL. You give feedback in Slack or by video. I don't disappear for 3 weeks and surface a finished product — you see progress every week.
Deliverable: Working product on staging, tested across devices and browsers.
Handover
~2 daysI hand over the Git repo, production deploy, all credentials, and a Loom walkthrough of the codebase. You own everything — no vendor lock-in, no licensing fees.
Deliverable: Live production deploy + full documentation + Loom walkthrough.
